Digital Change Partners is a business of Digital Attitudes. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, and optionally your role, area of interest and message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to communicate with you about that work. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share your information for marketing.

Who helps us

The website is hosted on Vercel, and contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service (Resend). These providers may process or store data outside Australia. They handle it only to provide their service to us.

Keeping it secure

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are processed on the server. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@digitalchangepartners.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
