Change should make things better.
Why
New technology is easy to buy. Meaningful transformation is harder.
Why Digital Change Partners exists
Technology keeps changing, and the pressure to keep up is constant. New platforms, new AI tools, new promises. Most organisations don't need more technology. They need to get more value from change.
Too much advice stops at the recommendation. Too much technology is sold before anyone understands the problem. The gap between the plan and what actually changes is where most of the value is lost.
We exist to work in that gap: understanding the problem, deciding what matters, designing the change and staying involved until it holds.
The work runs across four practices: Strategy & Transformation, AI & Emerging Technology, Systems, Automation & Efficiency and Capability, Change & Implementation.
- Strategy
- Technology
- People
- Process
- Implementation
Approach
How we work
We start with the problem, not the platform. Every engagement begins by understanding how work actually happens, then deciding what is worth changing.
We don't resell software, and we don't start with a product in mind. The advice is about what is right for your organisation.
We work alongside your people. The goal is change your organisation owns, not dependence on us.
The method
- 01UnderstandFind out what is actually happening.
- 02PrioritiseDecide what is worth changing first.
- 03DesignShape the change before anyone builds it.
- 04ImplementMake it real, alongside your team.
- 05EmbedMake sure the change lasts.
Principles
Outcomes over technology.
The measure is what gets better, not what gets installed.
Practical over theoretical.
Advice has to survive contact with a real Monday morning.
Change that lasts.
If it falls over when we leave, it wasn't finished.
Founder
Dr Brodie McGee
Founder, Digital Change Partners and Digital Attitudes
Brodie is an educator, researcher, speaker and education technology practitioner, with doctoral research in education technology and immersive learning.
Brodie's work brings digital transformation leadership together with practical implementation: designing systems, building automation and helping people adopt new ways of working. Brodie uses AI every day, builds working systems with it and runs workshops helping organisations use it well. That daily use is why the advice on its limits is direct.
Brodie is the author of The Problem With AI, a book built on one idea that runs through this practice: find the problem first, and let the best answer win.
Digital Change Partners engagements are led by Brodie personally.
